What we need from you to write a site that sounds like the business.

The brief beats the writer

Placeholder copy. We can write tight copy — but only if we have a tight brief. This page lists the inputs we ask for at the start of a project.

Placeholder copy:

  • One-line positioning ("we do X for Y, so that Z").
  • Three customer quotes — the exact words customers use.
  • A list of competitors and what makes you not them.
  • A handful of "no never" words you've banned in past briefs.

Tone notes

Placeholder copy on how we calibrate tone — confident vs. quiet, technical vs. plain.
