1. Information We Collect
We only collect what you give us. When you fill out our contact or free-audit form, or book a call, we receive your name, email address, the answers you choose to share about your project, the page you came from and, if present, the campaign parameters in the link you followed (utm_*). We measure visits with Google Analytics (see below), but we do not use it to identify you personally.
2. Tools We Use
Our booking system and internal client records run on our own software hosted by Railway in the European Union. When you request a free audit, our own automation server (n8n) receives the website address, email and name you submit, only to prepare that audit. Vercel hosts the website. Google Analytics measures visits (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser) using cookies, under Google's own privacy policy, and only if you accept it in the cookie banner: until then, no analytics script is loaded and no cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer; declining deletes the analytics cookies. Resend delivers our emails (form notifications, booking confirmations and calendar invites). Each processes your data only to provide that service to us.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you share to reply to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for our intro call, and follow up on the project you described. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising or marketing automation.
4. Data Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS, and our database is backed up daily. We keep your details for as long as we are in contact about a project. You can ask us at any time to send you a copy of your data or to delete it: write to contact@studiotristar.com and we will do it within 30 days.
5. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have shared with us at any time. Email privacy@studiotristar.com and we will respond within one business day.
